Team Building Tuesday
Hello, Mahoning Valley:
This Tuesday we would like to bring you the "Paper Plate Relay."
What You'll Need:
A stack of paper plates. Enough for each of your team, plus one.
How to Play:
Use paper plates are stepping stones.
Don't touch the floor.
Players stand in a straight line.
Before the game starts, each player is standing on a paper plate.
The last player in line stands on a plate and holds the extra plate.
At the word GO, each team needs to move forward only stepping on the paper plates.
The only way the team moves forward is with the extra plate, so the last player in line can pass the plate forward.
The first player in line places the extra plate on the floor and all players advance one plate forward.
Repeat until the last player sending the extra plate forward.
When the last player in line crosses the finish line, the team wins.
Show them what will happen if a step is skilled—it is harder. Or show them what happens if a step is eliminated—can't get to the finish line safely.
Team Building Skills:
Helping each other, teamwork, communication, and more.
Today's Activity Brought to You By Shauna and Co.
