About the event
June 2 is the 2018 RiverFest, which is a celebration of the Mahoning River! It gives the community an to learn about the river, and come together for music, food, free canoe and kayak rides, environmental educations, and more! The RiverFest is free and provides the community an opportunity to interact, have fun, and learn. 2018 marks the 7th Annual RiverFest held on the banks of the Mahoning River. Our event lasts from 11:30 to 5 P.M. Wildlife exhibits, K-9 Rescue Group, Jungle Terry's live animals, children's activities, and a Boy Scout encampment.
